Exclamation Halopen’s The Pen is Mightier Than the Sword Contest Winners

Well, it’s been a long week, but all nineteen entries from the contest have been read, watched, or…stared at to find the coolest of the three. Actually, before I continue, I would like to thank all of those who entered even though I was secretly hoping nobody would enter in at all so I could keep the autographed “Halo Evolutions” to myself. Um…Yes… So, the judges and I have gone through all of the entries, and after much thought, the top three have been chosen. All of the entries were cool in their own ways, but there can only be…three.

And again, as a tantalizing reminder, here are the prizes…

1st Place: “Halo Evolutions: Essential Tales of the Halo Universe” autographed by esteemed author of “Halo: Fall of Reach”, “Halo: First Strike”, and “Halo: Ghosts of Onyx” Eric Nylund, your choice of T-shirt from the Bungie Store, 1600 Microsoft Points

2nd Place: Your choice of T-shirt from the Bungie Store, 1600 Microsoft Points

3rd Place: “Halo Evolutions: Essential Tales of the Halo Universe”

So are you ready to be stunned that you won or slightly ticked off that you lost? Please send all of your angry messages to Reclaimer52.

First place goes to…

DangerusZak's fan fiction, "Scars"

Second place goes to…

zhar's Card Board Rocket Launcher

And third place goes to…

Quirel's fan fiction, "Oh No, Not Again"

Private messages and emails have been sent to all three of you. You have one week to respond in order to claim your prizes. First place winner, please don’t respond. I’ve always wanted an autographed book for Christmas.

Again, thank you everyone who submitted something into the contest. It’s been great looking at all the entries from the community, but at the same time, I’m ashamed no one posted pictures of a marshmallow and tin foil Arbiter statue. Shame on you all.
