So I'm going to start with my entire history in Halo Machinima.... (get ready to read)
So my journey began back in 2003 on a little known site called Red vs Blue. I fell in love with those videos and began to make my own. I did not have any way of creating videos to show on the net as i had no capture card and dial up internet. So i used what i had available to me a VCR and a VHS camera.
I would start by filming the scenes from the xbox to the VCR. i would then put that tape in the camera and play it back through the VCR with a second tape. This is how i edited the scenes. Once the edit was complete, I got a boom box and a CD for the music. I set up the camera aiming at the Tv then put the boom box near by playing the music to go with the scenes. The edit tape was in the VCR while another tape recorded the TV with the music playing. That tape was the final edit. This was so much work i only did it once. Maybe someday i will upload the video.
Now lets move on to 2005 when i first bought a capture card and began to experiment with computer based editing. This was time that i was joining and watching videos on halogrid. which is also where i met a great friend and my first director CasultybyFear. We made one video together in which he had me film then send him all the video to edit. This was the result...

Now that we got that out of the way, I started to write a script for a video series called Alpha vs Bravo, I was going to use my close friends as voice actors and help me film on system link. We never got very far as there was too much arguing going on. The series was renamed to Outpost Echo, and we filmed and edited almost 1 full episode and two trailers. Here is the look at that episode and the Trailers.

During the filming and editing of Outpost Echo, i was in talks with CasultybyFear about creating a clan called Fear Films. Basically he would be in charge and the members would be those who were part of the first video. The beginnings of our clan are a little fuzzy in my memory, but we made a few interesting movies...

As we progressed we became much more of a family and loved what we did. We had moved into the middle of 2006 by this point. I was really into the Tricks and stunts videos done by different people and found that my clan was pretty much in agreement..

Shortly after this phase There became a disagreement between me and a new member that, with some luck, would just go away. Unfortunately it didn't, so Cave Duck(now Fuzzduck) and I had a little skirmish to decide the struggle.

Good times...this fight also inspired my first and only Montage...

Anyways moving on we are nearing the end of 2006 and my near final video in fear films history. This video was Written by our good friend McStarken, and took very long to film and edit. This was also my longest video to date. The film was called Loose Lugnuts...
(WILL UPLOAD SHORTLY)
This is about when Fear Films began to collapse, people left new ones came, a lot of inactivity plagued us till the end. However i did come across some footage that was never used in a film so i used it...

At the very end of 2006 there was a short burst of hope that gleamed from another filmer, Sgt. Mikiko who had joined us. They used a script by Fuzzduck, formerly known as Cave duck, Called Train Wreck. Sgt. Mikiko filmed and edited the entire thing... i had no part in its making other than some acting and oversite of the final release.

This was the end of fear films, scripts were still written but never filmed. More and more people left, making any attempt at filming harder and harder. In January 2007 Fear Films was shut down. RIP... :'(
I spent a month out of the Machinima scene just watching people's films and really missing the fun of making them. Then March rolled around, and i found a little film called showdown. i loved it, so i went to investigate the people who made this film... Turns out that was Halopen. I then watched Mission: Leave No Man Behind and was hooked on the idea of joining this talented crew. Not only was the video and acting top notch, someone had mastered the art of getting people to cooperate at filming sessions. This was the place for me.
I sent in my application, and waited for a response. One week went by, then two, i began to think i didn't make it in, another week, and i posted on the forums help section asking if i had been accepted or not because i received no notification. They promptly responded to me saying that i had made it in, but they forgot to tell me.
So i was now apart of an awesome clan, i began to hangout with the crew in halo 2 a lot. As those who were here remember i was very quiet at first as i didn't know what to say. Firestorm always seemed to be the one who bugged me about that. about a month went by and we began to work on a sequel to mission, which was going to be an awesome experience to be part of a great film. so we started filming and i was along with a few others not needed for the first few scenes so we hung out and i made two films...

Unfortunately mission 2 was canceled.. I don't really know why though. So i turned to another Film that had just started its final edit ( i think not sure if time was right) and we clan members were given a peak at one of the scenes. The film i am talking about is threshold. This scene we saw had no sound fx, but it was amazingly edited and well scored (music put to it). I was inspired by it, so i began work on the sound fx without anybody knowing. a few days later i put it up on the site and was immediately approached by Mr. xbryboyremix himself. I was honored to work on a film with him. Turns out i wasn't exactly fast enough for bry so we had our differences during our collaboration. So watch Threshold and listen for my awesome sound fx throughout the film.
Also during this time, April-May 2007, Firestorm12 was speaking with me about a new film he had scripted called Reality, once again i was honored to work on a film with the script writer for threshold. I accepted the offer and we began filming in July 2007, and i foolishly did not edit anything we filmed. Filming went on for some months pushing through the late days of September when we all know what happened. HALO 3 RELEASE....ALL PRODUCTION STOPPED. Well at this point i had begun work on the project, but i did not pick it back up until at least a month later. Then basically laziness struck me so hard that time flew past me and we were into June 2008 before I knew it. The Final scene of Reality loomed before me as a wall of terror. I wanted to cancel it all, just drop it there, but everyone including myself had put so much into it that i just couldn't leave it. i finished that scene and released Reality in two parts in early August 2008...

This film is by far my greatest achievement. Its is my longest film in both run time and production time. Its the most well scripted piece i have done. (no offense MC)
And this leaves us with the now.... I am currently working on another film of Firestorm's called Quixotical. Not much has happened as far as my job yet, but filming is almost complete.
