A Quick update

Hey, I wanted to offer some helpful criticism, constructive criticism that I hope you don't take the wrong way. So, okay here it goes.

1. Your site needs a theme, it just looks plain because it's not custom.
2. I looked in my inbox because I had 2 private messages and had a video of porn in there? Spam control needs to be counted as a measure here.

Also I was looking at some of halopen's old videos and noticed the quality was horrible. I'm referring to the ones that I made. If you guys would like, I can send you the original videos which are actually super high quality because theyre about 3 to 5 gigs each. The reason the old ones look bad is because I didn't know how to compress properly back then. Also, it would be helpful if these videos are uploaded with a different domain name, "www.Halopen.net".

Eww and I don't know why I made them widescreen like that, it looks stupid. But it can be fixed with the original files that I have.

I want to see Halopen succeed and grow ever since I left, but it seems stuck. Again, don't take this the wrong way. I hope you guys can take this advice and build from it. I wish you guys nothing but the best. Good Luck.

You are correct in your insight of us being a bit stuck. we are at a disadvantage right now as our only person with extensive website knowledge has been absent for a while now.

We are working on a theme, it's just taking some time to implement it.

It would be great if we could get the higher quality versions of Halopen's awesome films.

It would be great if you also we able to help me learn more about high quality compression.

How would you like me to upload them, I wanted to give them to you RAW so that you guys could edit your own intro but they are huge files, so now I'm stuck. Doesn't megaupload or something let you upload up to 10 gigs or something.. Geez this will take some time. I'll upload each one individually. And it took me a long time to learn, I don't know if it's something I could teach you right off my head but I guess next time you're rendering AIM me and I'll explain what I would do.

I actually only have the raw footage, so I'll have to recompress them to send, and even then, they will still be between 1 to 2 gigs each.

is there no way to put them in a .rar or .zip to make them smaller?

To tell you the truth I think you would have to put them in multiple rar files for that and I don't know how to do that. If you know how, guide me through it and I will do that.

Well i see only two solutions to this problem.

1. You send me each file on aim or upload to a site like yousendit and share that with me, however this would take quite some time.

2. Send a data disc (DVD) with the high quality compressed versions, to my address in Florida.

If you have another solution I'm listening.
