Tomorrow's the last day to wait before the sweet, sweet Halo: Reach beta falls into the hands of those who have clung on to their Halo 3: ODST discs. If you received one of those Microsoft emails for your "loyalty to Halo 2" and what not, you may or may not receive your code the day the beta drops (http://twitter.com/bungietweets/status/13215092491). Thought I'd let you know if you're one of those people...
But what time will the beta be released?
12 Midnight PDT? 9AM PDT? 11AM PDT? Well, no concrete time has been given out. But...Bungie has stated that it should be released "late morning" PDT (http://twitter.com/bungietweets/status/13216716425). But, of course, you can always check up on Bungie.net until you they say they've flipped the beta switch.
In the mean time, you can pass away your next ninety minutes or so by listening to the twentieth episode of our Halopen Pencast (http://halopenpencast.podbean.com/2010/04/29/halopen-pencast-20/) where we lay down almost every scrap of info on the Reach beta. Also, on that page, you'll find a handful of links to beta-related videos that are both lolz awesomez sauce and quite educational. I'd also recommend heading over to Bungie's official beta guide (http://www.bungie.net/projects/reach/article.aspx?ucc=faq) for good measure.
