Link on the Homepage

A small thing but definitely something that needs to be fixed. The link to the forums on the Halopen homepage, www.halopen.net, needs to be changed to the super awesome new one!

working on vBulletin right now, will open up photoshop and etid the splash screen to something a bit different, then change de link....before i go to bed ill get that done ;)
